For Parents, Guardians and their Children!
A fun time to be together for social, emotional, cognitive learning and healthy socialization through the expressive arts. Create and share original stories, act out fables and fairy tales, make art, and enjoy guided meditation and relaxing breathing and music as a family.

 Self-Identity! (Self-Expression for all Women)

For All Women!
Take time for yourself! Gently explore your identity and the many roles you take on in life in a creative, relaxing and non-judgmental environment. De-role the parts you find exhausting or cumbersome and embrace the roles that bring you joy and personal growth in this space and time together with other supportive women. Connect with others and yourself though self-expression using art, written word, spoken word, and movement.

 Teen Power! (Original Works by Inspired Young Women)

For Young Women Ages 13-18
Start your week with fun! This is a welcoming opportunity to have peer group support in a nurturing, and creative environment using the expressive arts. Group facilitator, Myriam Savage(Mimi) PhD, RDT has enjoyed counseling teenaged girls as part of her regular practice and previous arts-based research by facilitating young women’s artwork and writing, as well as using creative drama as a way toward self-expression. Visual and digital art, mask work, and written and spoken word will be gently encouraged!
